- Standard service process:
1.Initial contact & requirement communication: Reach us by email, website form or call. We assign a dedicated account manager to clarify your OEM/ODM project needs.
2.Negotiation & agreement finalization: We conduct in-depth technical discussions on customization levels, certifications, and compliance; confirm pricing, minimum order quantity (MOQ), bulk discounts, and payment terms (T/T, LC); and sign a formal contract including non-disclosure agreement (NDA), IP protection, and warranty terms.
3.Co-design & roadmap alignment: OEM: Select from existing product models + branding (logo, packaging). ODM: Co-design with our R&D team (3D mockups, PCB layouts, firmware). Timeline Approval – Prototyping, testing, and mass production schedule. Outcome: Approved design specs and project timeline.
