Our standard intelligent parking system consists of three core parts: entrance control terminal, exit control terminal, and central management software. Detailed configuration of a typical complete system is as follows:
1.Entrance Control Terminal
The entrance control terminal is responsible for vehicle identification and access release at the parking lot entrance, forming a complete entrance management workflow. It mainly includes the following core equipment:
- Ticket bins (ticket dispensers): Automatically issue parking tickets for vehicles without license plate recognition records, recording the entry time as the basis for subsequent toll calculation.
- License plate recognition cameras: Achieve high-precision automatic capture and recognition of vehicle license plates, quickly upload data to the central management software, and support non-stop entry for eligible vehicles.
- Entrance gates: Receive instructions from the central management software to control the lifting and falling of the barrier, realizing orderly vehicle entry and preventing illegal access.
- Vehicle detectors (inductive loop detectors): Detect the arrival and passage of vehicles in real time, trigger the license plate recognition cameras and gate actions, and ensure the coordinated and stable operation of the entrance equipment.
2.Exit Control Terminal
The exit control terminal manages vehicle toll calculation, payment verification and access release at the parking lot exit, matching the entrance workflow to realize closed-loop management. It mainly includes the following core equipment:
- Toll booths/self-service payment machines: Support manual toll collection by staff and self-service payment by car owners. Calculate parking fees based on entry records and rate rules, and support multiple payment methods to meet different usage demands.
- License plate recognition cameras: Capture and recognize license plates at the exit, match the entry records stored in the central management software, and provide the basis for fee calculation and release verification.
- Exit gates: Execute the release instructions sent by the central management software after successful payment or verification, controlling vehicles to leave the parking lot orderly.
- Vehicle detectors: Monitor vehicle passage at the exit, trigger the coordinated actions of the recognition cameras and gates, and avoid equipment malfunctions caused by missed detection.
3.Central Management Software
As the "brain" of the entire smart parking system, it runs on a dedicated server to realize unified scheduling and management of all hardware and data. Key functions include:
- Processing all parking transaction records in real time, including vehicle entry and exit logs, and payment records.
- Supporting flexible setting and modification of parking rate rules according to operation needs.
- Generating and managing standard reports you need, such as revenue reports, transaction detail reports, and anomaly reports.
- Sending control instructions to each terminal device, monitoring the running status of hardware in real time, and realizing centralized control of the whole system.
- Storing transaction data, device logs and other information locally, and supporting stable operation within a local area network.
